Assist Store Manager in supervising store employees, managing merchandise, cashier operations, scheduling, training, and security; ensure financial integrity through cash handling, deposits, and reports; maintain planograms and inventory accuracy; provide superior customer service and protect company assets in a fast-paced retail environment. Requires strong interpersonal and written/oral communication, problem solving, organization, and the ability to perform cash register functions; duties include opening/closing the store a minimum of two days per week, processing refunds/overrides, and supporting store management in the absence of the Store Manager. Physical requirements include frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 55 pounds, and occasional climbing; experience in supervising staff is preferred.
