Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Dollar General in Saint Germain, WI. Responsible for assisting the Store Manager with supervising store employees, merchandising and display execution, inventory controls, cashier accountability, deposits, scheduling, training, safety meetings, and ensuring financial integrity to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Duties include operating the cash register, processing transactions, open/close duties at least two days per week, maintaining planograms, stock management, and contributing to a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred
