Responsibilities include supervising store employees, managing merchandise presentation, completing paperwork, preparing deposits, stocking and cashiering, opening/closing the store at least two days per week, scheduling staff, training employees, conducting safety meetings, ensuring policy compliance, managing inventory, implementing planograms, ensuring cashier accountability, signing refunds/overrides, counting tills, depositing money, and assisting in store leadership in the Store Manager's absence. Requires effective interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, cash handling knowledge, and ability to drive to bank deposits. Education and experience preferences include high school diploma or equivalent, retail experience, and supervisory experience.
