Job Summary
Assist in leading daily store operations under the Store Manager to ensure a customer-first experience. Manage staff scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy adherence; supervise merchandise presentation, receiving, stocking, and planogram compliance; maintain inventory accuracy and support cash control, deposits, and refunds. Provide cashier leadership, operate the cash register, and contribute to profitability and asset protection through effective supervision and process adherence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred
