Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in supervising store staff, ensuring a customer-first experience, and supporting merchandising, cash handling, and store operations. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store several days per week, scheduling and training employees, maintaining inventory and planograms, processing deposits and refunds, counting tills, and stepping in for the Store Manager in their absence. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, accuracy with cash handling and reports, ability to read diagrams/instructions, and capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 pounds. Experience in retail and some supervisory work is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is strongly preferred.
