Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in leading daily store operations with a customer-first focus. Responsibilities include supervising store employees, cashiering, inventory control, scheduling, training, executing planograms, maintaining merchandise presentation, ensuring financial integrity through cash handling and deposits, and supporting store management in the manager's absence. Requires effective communication, attention to detail, ability to read and follow safety and operating procedures, math proficiency for cash handling, and the ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 55 pounds). Welcomes a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant retail supervisory experience who can drive to bank deposits and manage store activities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment
- Six months supervisory experience preferred
