Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with supervision of store employees, merchandising, deposits, and customer service; open and close the store at a minimum of two days per week; train staff, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with company policies; manage merchandise flow, inventory controls, planograms, and cashier accountability to maintain profitability and protect company assets; perform stocking, cashiering, and related duties to support store operations and customer satisfaction; demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to drive bank deposits and cash handling procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred
