Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager in leading a Dollar General store to deliver superior customer service, manage staff scheduling and training, ensure accurate merchandising and inventory, supervise cashiering and deposits, and maintain store profitability and loss prevention. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, supervising employees, enforcing company policies, handling cash and deposits, maintaining planograms, and ensuring merchandise presentation and financial integrity while protecting assets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred
