Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with supervising store employees, management and presentation of merchandise, cashiering, and maintaining a clean, customer-first store. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, scheduling staff, training, safety meetings, maintaining inventory and planograms, ensuring cashier accountability and cash control, and supporting the Store Manager in their absence. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving, attention to detail, ability to perform cash handling and basic math, and the ability to drive bank deposits as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment
- Six months supervisory experience preferred
