Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a retail environment
- Six months supervisory experience preferred
- Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and procedures
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cashier accountability
- Ability to drive own vehicle to the bank to deposit money
- Frequent walking and standing; ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- Experience with inventory management and planograms
- Customer service oriented and results-driven
