Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in maintaining a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus; supervise store employees, help with scheduling and training, ensure merchandise is stocked and presented per planograms, manage inventory accuracy, cash handling and deposits, and support the Store Manager in leading store operations in their absence. Requires strong customer service, problem solving, attention to detail, cash handling familiarity, and ability to perform store duties including opening/closing, cashiering, and reporting. Starting pay range $16.10–$16.60 per hour; benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a retail environment
- Six months supervisory experience
- Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Ability to drive own vehicle to the bank to deposit money
