Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager position at Dollar General in Flowery Branch, GA. Responsible for assisting with supervision of store staff, scheduling, training, safety meetings, merchandising, inventory control, cashiering, deposits, and ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability under the Store Manager. Duties include greeting customers, operating cash register, maintaining planograms, product presentation, cash handling and deposit procedures, and stepping in for Store Manager as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred
