Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Dollar General responsible for supervising store staff, assisting with merchandising, cashier duties, deposits, scheduling, training, safety meetings, and ensuring merchandise presentation. Supports Store Manager in managing inventory, planograms, cash control, refunds/overrides, and store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
