Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Dollar General in Conway, NC — supports the Store Manager with supervising store staff, merchandising, deposits, and overall store profitability. Responsible for customer service leadership, opening/closing the store, scheduling and training employees, ensuring planograms and inventory accuracy, cash control procedures, and assisting in store operations in the manager's absence. Prior retail experience and supervisory exposure are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
