Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in supervising store employees, managing merchandise presentation, and ensuring financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits. Responsibilities include customer service leadership, opening/closing the store, scheduling and training staff, executing planograms, inventory control, loss prevention, and supporting store operations in the manager's absence. Requires strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, organization, cash handling, and ability to drive to the bank.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred
