Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Dollar General in Brunswick, OH who will help maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus, supervise store employees, manage merchandise presentation and inventory, assist with scheduling and training, ensure cash handling integrity, deposits and security, and support Store Manager in absence. Responsibilities include customer service leadership, operating cash register, opening/closing, merchandise stocking and display, planograms compliance, inventory controls, cash handling, refunds/overrides, and contributing to store profitability and safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred
