Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager assists with supervision of store employees, management and presentation of merchandise, deposits, stocking and cashiering, and performs other duties as necessary to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets. Provides superior customer service leadership, greets and assists customers, operates cash register, opens/closes the store, assists with scheduling and training, ensures merchandise is displayed per planograms, maintains inventory accuracy, manages cash handling and deposits, and supports store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred
