Assistant Store Manager helps maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus under the Store Manager, supervising store employees, merchandising, paperwork, and deposits. Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating cash register, scheduling and training employees, building merchandise displays, maintaining accurate inventory, implementing planograms, ensuring cash control and security, and assisting in store management in the manager's absence to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred
