Job Summary
ASST STORE MGR at Dollar General in Beach Lake, PA. Responsibilities include supervising store employees, assisting with merchandising and inventory, cashiering and deposits, scheduling and training, ensuring planograms and displays, maintaining financial integrity and cash controls, and supporting the Store Manager in their absence. Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to read and interpret procedures; cash handling and reporting abilities; and willingness to drive to the bank for deposits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment
- Six months supervisory experience preferred
