Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at Dollar General in Milan, IN. Leads customer service excellence, supervises store employees under the Store Manager's direction, and assists with merchandising, scheduling, training, safety, and cash handling to ensure profitability and asset protection. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, improving inventory accuracy, implementing planograms, maintaining cashier accountability, counting tills, depositing revenues, and stepping in for Store Manager in their absence. Required Qualifications

- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred
