Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in leading daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, cashier accountability, inventory control, and profitability. Responsibilities include scheduling and training employees, maintaining planograms and merchandise presentation, processing deposits and financial transactions, managing stock and receiving, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed. Prior retail experience and supervisory exposure are preferred; strong communication, organization, and arithmetic skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment
- Six months supervisory experience preferred
