Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in supervising store staff, helping manage merchandise presentation, and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising employees, scheduling, training, conducting safety meetings, handling cashiering and deposits, inventory control, receiving/stocking/restocking, planogram maintenance, and enforcing company policies. Performs stocking and cashiering duties, opens/closes the store periodically, and supports the Store Manager in their absence to maintain operations and protect assets. Emphasizes customer service, cash accountability, and accurate reporting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred

- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operating procedures
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations and cash-handling procedures
