Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in supervising store employees, managing inventory and merchandise presentation, handling cashiering tasks, and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, scheduling and training staff, maintaining planograms and merchandise displays, ensuring financial integrity through cashier accountability and deposits, and supporting store operations in the manager's absence. Requires strong customer service, problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to perform cash handling and basic mathematics.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of experience in a retail environment
- Six months supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to drive own vehicle to the bank to deposit money
