Asst. Store Manager

Assist the Store Manager in managing store operations, supervising personnel, and ensuring compliance with accounting, employee, and store policies. Maintain good customer relationships, create a pleasant work environment, and meet sales, production, and expense budget goals. Conduct regular evaluations of staff, schedule sales associates and unpaid staff for full coverage, and post weekly work schedules in the manager's absence. Order merchandise to ensure the store is well-stocked and colorized per the ARC Command Rag Out Calendar. Complete payroll information biweekly, account for cash receipts per Salvation Army funds policy, and submit daily sales reports to finance. Ensure safety measures align with Salvation Army and Government regulations while reporting hazards and injuries. Support the work therapy program by modeling professional conduct and may fill in at other store locations as needed.
