Asst Store Manager

Partner with store leadership to drive sales and performance while supporting a team selling environment. Participate in all areas of store recruitment and teach, coach, and train all store associates within an established timeframe. Assist in creating reachable goals for yourself and all associates, ensuring total store goals have necessary staffing levels. Responsible for all employee relations issues within the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Participate in the analysis of the P&L, ensure proper merchandising of products per company directive, and champion company initiatives. Ensure the safety and security of associates and customers.
