Asst. Store Manager - Bangalore - Oct. Joiners Only

Manage daily store operations and oversee sales targets for a gold and jewelry retail outlet. Lead a team of sales associates and ensure strict adherence to inventory control and loss prevention protocols. Coordinate with senior management to execute promotional strategies and maintain brand standards across store locations. Requires 2-3 years of experience acting as an assistant store manager within a strong gold, jewelry, or luxury brand background. Salary range is 6-8 lpa with a 25% hike on current CTC. Joiners only.
