Asst Store Director

Direct store operations by supervising Grocery, Department Managers, and Store Associates while managing high-value departments including GM/HBC, wine, spirits, tobacco, and check stand candy. Provide exceptional service to clientele, train new team members thoroughly, and coach staff to maintain a disciplined, conflict-free environment. Assist the Store Director with all functions, handle inventory tasks such as ordering and merchandising, and ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records and stay updated on all training procedures. This medium work requires lifting 60 lb. boxes, using sharp instruments, and working in conditions that may become slippery.
