Asst Store Director

Direct Grocery Manager, Department Managers, and Store Associates while assisting the Store Director with all functions of their role. Manage specific departments including GM/HBC, wine and spirits, tobacco, and check stand candy. Provide exceptional service to clientele, train new team members thoroughly, and coach staff to maintain a disciplined, non-offensive work environment. Handle inventory tasks such as ordering, returns, and merchandising, while ensuring compliance with all government regulations and company policies. Maintain records and stay updated on all training procedures. Requires ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
