Direct Grocery Manager, Department Managers, and Store Associates while overseeing GM/HBC, wine, spirits, tobacco, and check stand candy operations. Manage inventory, ordering, returns, and merchandising across all departments, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. Train new team members thoroughly, coach existing staff, and resolve conflicts to maintain a disciplined work environment. Become fully knowledgeable in the Store Director's position to cover duties during sickness or vacation. Maintain records and enforce dress and name tag standards while supporting the team objective of providing quality food and service at the best prices.
