Job Summary
Asst. Softball Coach/Asst. Football - Social Studies Teaching Field: Teaches and coaches students in assigned sports and social studies content, develops curriculum plans and instructional materials, maintains records, and manages classrooms and athletic activities in accordance with UIL rules; requires a Bachelor's degree, valid Texas teaching certification in the assigned content area, and at least one year of student teaching or internship, plus experience as a coach or athlete, with strong organizational and communication skills for overseeing both academic and athletic programs.
Required Qualifications

- Texas teaching certification in assigned content area
- Demonstrated competency in the academic subject area assigned
- At least one year student teaching or approved internship
- Experience as coach or participant in sport assigned
- Knowledge of UIL rules
- Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
