Job Summary
The Security Assistant Shift Manager oversees and manages security officers on their shift, ensures staffing and adherence to policies and state laws, promotes a safe environment for guests and staff, coordinates with outside agencies during incidents, and supports investigations. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, creating schedules, training and evaluating officers, enforcing policies, directing staff, and handling guest and employee safety concerns; requires 21+ and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- leadership experience preferred in resort or casino environment
