Job Summary
Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences that build enduring relationships. Help customers look and feel their best by providing style advice based on their needs. Provide exceptional service while promoting products and building brand loyalty. Develop and maintain positive working relationships to support a productive environment. Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas, reinforce selling and service standards through coaching, training, and accountability. Support operational excellence including inventory management, floorsets, recalls, replenishment, and ticketing. Prioritize daily tasks, balance operational and selling energy, and plan/schedule to meet business needs. Maintain knowledge of fashion trends, brand initiatives, and competitive landscape to drive sales and achieve financial goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, local/state/federal employment laws. Location: Ellenton Premium Outlets, Ellenton, FL; Regular/Full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Possess the technological aptitude to navigate, coach and train computer POS/iPad/handheld systems
- Able to bend, reach, stretch for product and lift at least 40 lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts and weekends/holidays
- Customer-centric approach with strong work ethic, integrity and respect
- Passion for selling and delivering exceptional customer service
- Organized and strategic with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ambitious, professional communicator who can coach and train team associates
