Asst. / Revenue Manager

Asst. / Revenue Manager (Reservations Manager) leads and operates the Reservation Division, reports to the Director of Sales, and collaborates with the Reservation Supervisor and Reservation Agent to maximize hotel occupancy and protect business mix. Works with Room Division, Revenue Management, and Sales to provide lead advice and feedback on inquiries and firm reservations, while maintaining professional guest liaison and leveraging Guest History in the PMS. Requires strong managerial, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a team-spirited, guest-service focus.
