Job Summary
Manage daily operations for a third-party affordable housing community, including rent collections, tenant relations, occupancy tracking, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Enforce rental policies, process applicant leases, and conduct proactive audits assigned by the Field Operations Administrator. Ensure 100% completion of semi-annual unit inspections and annual recertifications while maintaining accurate tenant files and managing petty cash reconciliations. Provide Resident Building Attendant training and respond to owner requests, with occasional local travel required. Must be able to work evenings or weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be highly organized
- Must be able to make quick but reasonable decisions
- Must have a valid California Driver's License
- Proof of current vehicle insurance
- Must be able to use own vehicle in the course of work
