Job Summary
Support individuals in residence and community by implementing Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), following Individual Service Plans, and assisting with daily living activities. Responsibilities include supervising and engaging individuals in social and vocational opportunities, conducting data collection using ICentrixs, coordinating transportation, and ensuring safety through verbal/physical interventions and, if needed, physical restraints. Requires strong verbal/written communication, ability to accept feedback, tact with personal matters, teamwork, adaptability to different locations/shifts, emergency responsiveness, and basic computer skills. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; required Driver’s License; CPR/First Aid; MAP; DDS Licensing and Certification training. Preferred experience includes 1 year of residential work. Travel heavy (once per week or more).
