Job Summary
Lead strategic and operational plans to optimize profitability, market share, and revenue growth for a brand portfolio. Develop marketing and promotional plans, conduct primary market research, and collaborate with internal teams like medical affairs and R&D to execute strategies. Provide training and direction to the field sales team, organize scientific symposia, and manage product forecasting and launch strategies. Analyze competitor data, create brand inputs for campaigns, and motivate sales members through recognition programs. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper strategy execution and brand visibility among healthcare professionals.

- B. Pharm / M. Pharm & MBA
- 2 -4 years
