Job Summary
Provide clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level. Lead the Medical-Surgical unit designed for collaboration, strong communication, and quality patient care, focusing on team performance, patient outcomes, and staff engagement. Shape the brand-new unit and team culture with autonomy to drive results. Support structured leadership onboarding and mentorship while blending clinical practice with leadership development. Full-time schedule from 6pm to 6am with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state
- Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing
- Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training
Desired Qualifications
- BSN
- Graduate Degree
- Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience
- Prior demonstrated nursing leadership
