Asst Nurse Manager

Conduct daily patient care and personnel activities on an assigned shift while delivering nursing care for geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric, and neonatal patients. Interpret the Philosophy and Objectives of the Nursing Department alongside the NCC and Hospital Management. Coordinate unit activities by facilitating a stable work environment through leadership, direction, and delegation. Supervise unit personnel activities by promoting staff growth, participating in evaluation and counseling procedures, and determining management decisions regarding hiring, discipline, performance evaluations, and staff assignments. Demonstrate educational qualifications in nursing practice and guide the value and behavior of others. Enhance staff development through facilitation of orientation, involvement in staff meetings, and serving as a direct resource person.
