Job Summary
Assistant Manager of Supply Chain Operations leads daily supply chain activities including inventory management, receiving, distribution, par level maintenance, and supply logistics; collaborates with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure reliable service, inventory integrity, and supports continuous process improvement; supervises staff, maintains inventory accuracy, ensures timely delivery of supplies to clinical departments, resolves supply-related issues, and supports system-wide supply initiatives; emphasizes compliance with regulatory standards and a safe, organized work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management, or related operational field
- 1+ year of experience in a supervisory or lead role
- Healthcare supply chain experience (preferred)
- Experience with ERP inventory systems (e.g., Lawson, Workday, Oracle) (preferred)
- Experience with Lean, process improvement, or project leadership (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Logistics, or related field; or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Supply chain–related certifications (e.g., CMRP, CSCP, CLSSGB) (preferred)
