Job Summary
ASST MGR/MGR, MEDIA & CONTENT for a 6-month contract in the Singapore Public Service Corporate Communications Office. Plan and execute strategic media outreach and publicity to enhance institutional visibility; oversee media engagements from pitching to interviews; supervise development of publicity materials; drive production of high-quality print and digital content that translates institutional priorities into engaging narratives. Requires at least 5 years in PR/journalism/content marketing, ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences, strong English writing/speaking skills, familiarity with media relations and campaign development, and solid project-management with experience supervising others.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in public relations, journalism and/or content marketing
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver clear, audience-centric communications
- Experience tailoring content for diverse audiences and platforms
- Familiarity with media relations and publicity, and/or campaign development
- Experience in video production preferred
- Strong project management skills with experience guiding or supervising colleagues and/or working with external partners
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Ability to translate institutional priorities into engaging narratives
