Administer fire prevention programs, conduct quarterly OSHA safety audits, and oversee all loss prevention operations including patrols, emergency response, and incident investigations. Develop detailed shutdown procedures, maintain logs and certifications, and implement accident prevention plans while managing the claims process for liability and workers' compensation. Handle guest and employee complaints, resolve disputes, and coordinate with local law enforcement to ensure property and personnel safety. Develop training programs for staff, inspect CCTV and alarm systems, and monitor unusual activities to protect company assets.
