Administer fire prevention programs and conduct quarterly OSHA safety audits to track incidents and abate hazards. Develop detailed shutdown procedures for property security and maintain logs, certifications, and documents required by law. Assist in training staff on emergency procedures while inspecting CCTV equipment, alarmed doors, and recording systems during patrols. Handle guest and employee complaints, resolve disputes, and negotiate conflicts to ensure satisfaction. Monitor unusual activities, oversee loss prevention operations including investigations and the shipping process, and guide the Accident Prevention Committee. Develop formal training programs, implement action plans to control risk, and analyze results to solve problems. Establish liaisons with local law enforcement and update executives on relevant information.
