Job Summary
Develop and execute assigned agency-wide strategic plans independently while monitoring insurance market developments to propose necessary adjustments. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to implement action plans toward forecasted targets and review Executive Committee slides for performance insights. Analyze agency data, competitive intelligence, and trends to identify opportunities and recommend initiatives impacting manpower, activity ratio, case productivity, and case size. Establish KPIs to track strategic progress and lead projects from conception to completion. Requires 3-5 years of sales management experience in insurance, with a degree in CMFAS, CHI, CGI, or DGI.
