Job Summary
Create and execute a professional education strategy for the DePuy Synthes Joint Reconstruction, Robotic, and Sports Medicine portfolios across India. Develop customized hybrid learning courses and digital tools, including VR and Jji.com, to educate healthcare professionals on new product introductions for Knee, VELYS, and Sports Medicine. Forge external partnerships with key opinion leaders and business units to ensure flawless deployment of educational concepts. Collaborate with regional teams to design learning continuums that advance patient outcomes and support the seamless utilization of innovative medical technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the clinical educational environment across India and regions
- Development of an ANA (Agreed upon Necessary Action)
- Creation and execution of one DePuy Synthes -Joint recon Business professional education (ProfEd) strategy
- Development of learning continuums
- Designing customized hybrid modes of education
- Forging external partnerships
- Deploying new technologies and learning strategies
- Ensuring seamless utilization of digital education tools
- Creating and implementing courses to efficiently educate healthcare professionals
- Use of virtual reality (VR), online tools, and Jji.com, Proximie
- Development of a Education Strategy on -NPIs
- Training the surgeons on safe and effective use of – Knee,VELYS & Sports Medicine NPIs
