Job Summary

Conduct monthly client audits on 25% of vehicle and driver documentation, ensuring 100% compliance across all sites and deactivating non-compliant records immediately. Manage transport incident reporting within 30 minutes, submit primary reports within three hours, and lead detailed Root Cause Analysis submissions within 48 hours. Oversee daily operational metrics including billing, driver alerts, and EHS check reports, while maintaining vendor KPI evaluations and driving process innovations for cost optimization. Lead team development through mandatory training calendars, competency assessments, and coaching sessions to ensure high performance and retention.

Required Qualifications

Deep experience in commercial real estate
Skilled trades experience
Technology experience
Experience applying relevant experience to a new industry
Completion of all JLL & Dell mandatory trainings within the prescribed timelines
Completion of EHS training tracker for contract personnel monthly
Completion of a few critical management/leadership skill courses
Minimum of 40 hours of JLL training mandatory through Learning and development
Ability to develop and manage a leadership development program including all direct reports
Ability to create performance objectives linked to learning and development
Ability to create a target to complete critical management/leadership skill courses
Ability to provide constructive feedback and regular coaching to all direct reports
Ability to develop a regular cadence to help employees by providing the required support/guidance
Ability to prepare a Succession Plan for critical positions
Ability to demonstrate use of technology: help desk, Log sheet, check list, Regular review of the dashboards
Ability to review dashboard usage for analysis and reporting on weekly basis
Ability to build a mechanism for timely and quality MMR data at cluster lead level
Ability to support with data related to India for QBR reporting
Ability to align with Dell India client
Ability to ensure monthly cadence with client to review risk and mitigation plans
Ability to capture risks identified in the form of risk register discussed with the client
Ability to ensure all recordable incidents are reported timely to client team
Ability to implement actions as per RCA & Lessons Learnt within approved timelines
Ability to ensure IFM Playbook Transport services made available
Ability to customize and make available a BCP document
Ability to focus on continuous process improvement and innovations to enable a culture of change
Ability to ensure HSE plan in developed for the account are reviewed periodically with stake holder team
Ability to track HSSE compliance
Ability to conduct S.A.F.E.R together training for the account
Ability to ensure updated HIRA document available across offices
Ability to create awareness on near miss/good catch reporting and track the events
Ability to track compliance requirements monthly and close open items timely
Ability to follow up with Dell SPOC timely for compliance requirements needing support from the Client
Ability to ensure Vendor engagement activities including monthly KPI evaluation for vendors done as per schedule
Ability to bring a professional evaluation on vendor performance
