Job Summary
Lead a sales team in a Verizon retail store to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences; manage store operations, merchandising, staffing, and coaching; open/close store; analyze data and financials; ensure compliance; address customer issues and drive development plans to meet quotas; collaborate with Facilities/Network/IT for store uptime and resolve issues; monitor inventory and ensure store cleanliness and planogram compliance; leverage strong communication and negotiation skills to motivate and develop team members.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or two or more years of work experience
- Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to work additional shifts, if necessary, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
