Asst. Manager / Manager – Logistics and Documentation (IB)

Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end international order operations, managing the complete lifecycle from placement through dispatch and delivery. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs, and logistics partners to ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery while resolving shipment issues proactively. Define packaging standards and optimize container utilization to reduce costs, while preparing accurate export documentation and invoices in line with trade regulations. Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to align priorities and act as the central coordination point for global order execution. Develop and implement SOPs, track KPIs related to speed and accuracy, and lead initiatives to digitize processes using ERP and logistics systems.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of international logistics and export operations
- Knowledge of export documentation and trade compliance
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Process-oriented mindset with experience in SOP development
- Data-driven approach to performance management
- Exposure to digitization & automation
- ERP systems for order management, invoicing, and documentation
- Logistics and shipment tracking platforms for carrier coordination and delivery visibility
- Documentation and compliance tools for export processes
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (reports, trackers, KPI dashboards)
- Familiarity with automation tools, workflow systems, or digital process management platforms
