Job Summary
Support financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis for the Service business by developing models for revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses. Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards while partnering with Operations, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives. Manage month-end closing activities, ensure compliance with financial controls, and automate reporting using Power BI and Excel to improve data accuracy. Analyze operational KPIs, identify anomalies, and present insights for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Business Analytics
- Experience supporting a multinational organization and working in a matrix environment
- Experience in Service, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences industry
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Oracle, OneStream, or similar platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
- Up to 10% to 20% domestic travel, based on business requirements
Desired Qualifications
- MBA (Finance), CA or CFA preferred
- Experience supporting a multinational organization and working in a matrix environment is preferred
- Experience in Service, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences industry will be an advantage
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or other Business Intelligence tools is preferred
