Job Summary
The Assistant Manager of Food Hall is responsible for operating efficient front-of-the-house food services, managing staff, monitoring budget and performance, and ensuring quality guest service in line with Hard Rock objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years restaurant service experience
- 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Bachelor's Degree in Restaurant/Beverage Management or Business Administration or equivalent and 3 years restaurant service experience
- 1 year in a supervisory capacity
- Obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per regulations
- Pass background check
- Pass drug screening
- Minimum age of 21
Additional Requirements
- Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
