Job Summary
Asst. Manager Finance will verify financial figures and documents for accuracy, classify and summarize financial data, prepare and distribute financial and payroll reports, perform period-end closing, reconcile accounts and vendor invoices, manage cash variances and cashier banks, and mentor accounting staff while supporting management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees. The role emphasizes ensuring confidentiality, asset protection, high-quality written communication, and collaboration to maintain accurate financial records and strong internal controls.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Related Work Experience: At least 3 year of related work experience
- Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year supervisory experience
